K-pop group BTS will take part in the upcoming Louis Vuitton fashion show this week. The world superstars, who have been heralded as the new ambassadors of the luxury fashion brand at the end of April, will appear in the Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall Winter 2021 fashion show on Wednesday. The program will be broadcast live from Seoul, the South Korean capital, at 7 p.m. KST (GMT + 9).
“#LouisVuitton ambassadors @bts_bighit invite you to view # LVMenFW21 collection from @VirgilAbloh from Seoul,” the company tweeted, sharing a teaser clip featuring the band members.
The show will feature the creations of Virgil Abloh, the artistic director of men’s fashion at Louis Vuitton. The American designer has won several awards for his creations, including international designer of the year at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in 2017.

Viewers can watch the fashion show live at 7 p.m. KST (GMT +9) on Twitter or on the Louis Vuitton website, the fashion label tweeted on Monday.

BTS Louis Vuitton Teaser Clip
The luxury fashion brand has indicated that it has “high expectations” for the highly anticipated appearance, in a tweet sharing a short video clip showing members of the group posing in outfits with different designs.
The clip shows the members in a range of clothing, from a speckled off-white suit and striking sunglasses with a gold-colored upper frame to a bright red shirt paired with a classic black overcoat. BTS frontman RM channeled the Michael Jackson vibe a bit, seen wearing a fedora-style hat with a striped shirt and tie in the clip.
BTS also shared the video on their official Twitter account, tweeting, “We’re excited to be a part of the upcoming #LouisVuitton show in Seoul! [purple heart emoji] this tweet to set a reminder to watch on July 7 at 7 p.m. KST. “
The viral teaser video has already had at least 3.7 million views and over 811,000 likes since it was first shared from BTS’s Twitter account.
In late April, in a tweet announcing BTS’s new role for Louis Vuitton, the fashion label said, “World famous pop icons @bts_bighit are known for their uplifting messages that convey a positive influence. Louis Vuitton is happy. to welcome members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook. “
